Everything on this site is fast by design: there is no signup, no account system, and no data collection of any kind, because every calculation runs entirely in your browser and your numbers never leave your device.
You can trust the math here. All of our calculators use standard, published financial formulas — the same amortization and interest equations used by banks, regulators, and textbooks — and each tool page explains its methodology and links to authoritative references such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
